Interview Guidance
In this phase, the candidates are given a general brush up of the current events, the economic and social issues and other related issues as per the background of the candidates. The candidate require the clarity of topics, grasp view awareness and concern for socio-economic problems, interest and personal attributes relevant to interaction with people.
The candidates are given the mock interviews by a team of experienced experts which may also be the retired civil servants. The experts express and evaluate the qualities required for a civil servant. The purpose of the interview guidance is to give the correct guidance and to boost the confidence of the candidates.
